Following recent decisions by the government to stop the winter fuel payment to those who desperately rely on them, local business Forge Fitness NW CIC new they had to do something, owner Gary and his wife Lisa, decided with a few more helping hands to help the local community who are affected.

So with the help of the local pub, The Rocket they will open the doors every Monday from 23rd September for up to 30 pensioners to serve them tea, coffee, biscuits & cake in a warm friendly setting at no cost to them.
